The love of Liberty

Liberty is a much loved brand, a modern classic it is well known for its floral and graphic prints. Sir Arthur Lasenby Liberty founded the fabric design house in the late 1870s, commissioning artists and designers to create patterns.
Did you  know!  When Paul Poiret, the famous French designer of the early 20th century, opened his fashion house in Paris, in 1903, he used Liberty fabrics.

As fashion changed, so did Liberty. Quote by Arthur Liberty “I was determined not to follow existing fashion but to create new ones.”
